All plans are billed monthly per user: Bronze (monitoring only) is $55, Remote Support is $125, Onsite is $175, and Onsite + Cybersecurity is $300. On Remote Support, Onsite and Onsite + Cybersecurity, servers and backups are included — no separate server, backup, or site fee.
Bronze covers workstation monitoring, security and backups for Windows PCs — it does not include helpdesk, onsite visits or servers, and any labor is billed extra. Remote Support gives you our remote helpdesk, with servers and backups included. Onsite adds onsite support to the remote helpdesk, with servers and backups included. Onsite + Cybersecurity is the Onsite plan plus cybersecurity ($125 per user) — the only plan that includes cybersecurity.
