Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy services from Taylor'd Computer Networks. If you sign a written agreement or quote with us, that document controls where it differs from these terms.

Services

Our plans and what each includes are described in the Pricing section of this website. Anything not listed in your plan, such as labor on the Bronze plan, is billed separately, and we'll tell you the cost before we do the work.

Pricing and billing

Plans are priced per user, per month, and billed monthly in advance.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By adding a payment method, you authorize us to charge it each month for your plan and any approved additional work.
Prices don't include applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
If a payment fails, we'll let you know. If it isn't resolved, we may pause services after giving you notice.
We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before changing your plan's price.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate contact and billing information and keep it up to date.
Provide the access we reasonably need to support your systems.
Use properly licensed software and follow the law when using our services.

Our responsibilities

We provide our services with professional care and use commercially reasonable efforts to keep your systems running and secure. No provider can guarantee that systems will be free of every outage, error or cyber threat.

Confidentiality

We treat your business data and information as confidential and access it only to provide our services, unless the law requires otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
